AFTERCARE
INSTRUCTIONS

1. Leave bandage on overnight - Don't worry about minor fluid and /or slight bleeding as this is normal.

2. Remove your bandage carefully. The best place to do this is in the shower as warm water will help remove the bandage from your skin. Failure to remove the bandage gently can affect the healing process.

3. After removing bandage, wash the tattoo thoroughly with warm water and a mild unscented liquid soap.

4. Do not use anything except clean hands, lightly applying pressure with your fingertips until the tattoo is clean. A clean tattoo does not feel slippery to the touch.

5. Pat tattoo dry with a clean towel, do not apply lotions or creams at this time.

6. Once the bandage has been removed it is important to wear clothing that does not impede with the tattoo as clothing may stick to a healing tattoo and interfere with the healing process. Use warm water to seperate the tattoo from any bedding or clothing it may become stuck to.

7. After 2-3 days the tattoo will become dry, itchy and or flakey. Apply tattoo balm or unscented lotion sparingly 2-3 times a day. Allow the tattoo to fully dry out between lotion applications. Tattoo should be washed daily, patted dry and lotion applied.
